Summer detox to beat the haze

Cold
Sliced fruits
Sliced cucumber and mint

Chill. Sweeten if needed.

Smoothie
1. 1 cup soy milk and 3 slices of bittergourd. Mango puree (optional) or honey to sweeten. Half banana. Blend.

Warm
1. Lemongrass and pandan.
2. Luohan fruit

Boil a kettle of water. Pour and infuse for 15 mins.
